所有从站的输出数据按从站地址的从小到大的顺序分块排列,每个从站的输出 数据块的字长度必须为4的倍数。Assign 程序块第一次被调用后,会自动计算 出每个从站的输出数据的地址偏移量,并存放在TF 参数中,长度120个字;RF 参数存放 Assign子程序块被调用后,计算出的每个从站的输入数据块的偏移地 址,长度也为120个字。系统于2002年5月投入运行以来,在以下几方面满足了运行要求:①稳定性:两年来 PLC 系统几乎未出故障,网络运行通畅;②安全性:程序中根据加热炉的安全要求,在汽化冷却系统控制中加入柴油泵与热水循环泵的硬线连锁条件,当 PLC 因种种原因使输出停止时,能启动柴油泵。程序测试表明,无论是柴油泵的启动,还是助燃风机的控制,均满足了安全要求;③功能指标:两年来系统满足了各种板坯的自动定位、跟踪,其中步进梁位置精度在10mm左右、抽钢机的定位精度控制在20mm左右。
