主干网络采用了工业以太网,网络结构为总线 型,见图1。系统根据不同的情况应用TCP/IP和UDP/IP 协 议。工业以太网的物理层和数据链路层采用IEEE802.3规 范,网际层和传输层采用TCP/IP协议组。由于UDP是面向 交易型应用,其报文交换的开销比面向连接的传输要小, 一般在工业以太网中利用TCP/IP协议来发送非实时数据, 用UDP/IP来发送实时数据。在本系统的实际应用中,PLC与上位机信号的交换采用UDP/IP 协议,以EGD(Ethernet Global Data)的报文格式交换信号(Exchange);2套 PLC 系统的EGD网与TCP/IP网通过SWITCH的端口设置区分开 来,与上位机通过 100Mbps 光缆相连;2 台HMI分设于2 个操作室,HMI画面系统与PLC 的信号交换采用TCP/IP协 议。系列90-70 PLC通过Genius BUS与远程I/O站相连;通 过Profibus现场总线控制变频传动装置。
