动小车以 极低的限动速度运行→开始轧制→停芯棒旋转、斜送辊降 下并停转→轧制完成(负荷继电器掉电)→限动小车高速回 退→芯棒夹钳打开→限动小车继续回退到Home位置停止 →管子在出口台→拖出辊升起并旋转、上导板打开→管子 送往定径机入口辊道。设计中之所以将毛管步进梁设备单独分区,是由于该设备 贯穿多个区域设备的控制,而且它的旋转角度准确性也很 关键,其停位准确方能保证其它区域的自动初始条件有 效,避免设备碰撞。将它单独分区,不但容易手、点动 干预,更关键的还考虑到便于调试或将来试车时,通过程 序就可以模拟仿真自动轧管过程。
